I downloaded the free version of MyTravelPhilippines. This is from 2RBmobile which is co-founded by Ruperto de Guzman.
I’m quite impressed with how well-put the design of MyTravelPhilippines application, that it’s quite easy to navigate around the application. Following are some screenshots that I took of the application from my 2nd gen iPod touch.
You will find this sticky icons on the maps. You can touch on it to view the details of the Philippine tourist destination for that place. You can go to the menu, find the city or town, then the map will zoom into that place. Or, you can tap the application to give you a list of travel destinations, hotels, and resorts with corresponding information of that place.
The thing I wish to be able to do from this application is to be able to add a tourist spot or a destination place. But for now, if you wish to add a place to the application and even earn from it, you can check here.
But nevertheless, you can already travel the Philippines even from bed with MyTravelPhilippines – 2RMobile.
